Welcome to The Stage

The Middle School Music Performance class is designed to teach students about the performing arts and how they can support, reinforce, and enrich a student's life. Confident public speaking, creativity, and ensemble work are skills that will help with self-awareness and self-confidence. Students will incorporate dance movement and vocal training as they explore the performing arts. We work to inspire creative expression, while enriching communication skills and social interaction. We aim to use drama to promote and cultivate reading, writing, and speaking, while encouraging students to reflect and evaluate personal work and the work of others both on and off the stage.
